They have great customer service I was… They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

Once the letters are encapsulated, put them in archival file folders and then into filing cabinets, or you can place them in three-ring binders. Family letters are a unique, one-of-a-kind one record collection. The information in them is priceless and should be preserved.
Storing Old Photos To store photographs individually, place them in plastic sleeves void of PVC. These can be purchased at photo supply stores and some craft stores. Plastic sandwich bags are a good, inexpensive alternative to plastic sleeves if special supplies do not fit into your budget.
Step 1: Scan the letter. I scanned all pages of the letter to a single PDF file, which then goes directly into Evernote. Step 2: Update the note in Evernote. Step 3: Tested the OCR for the letter. Step 4: Transcribe the letter in the body of the note.
Create digital copies of your letters by scanning on a flatbed scanner at 300 dpi in full color. This setting allows for adjustments to enhance faded handwriting and print full-size copies. If pages are especially brittle or fragile, consider digitizing with your smartphone using a scanner app and tripod.
Scan and store them on your computer. If you really want to keep them, scan them they'll take up much less room. Keep them, so you can one day give them back to the writer. Repurpose them into scrapbook and journal embellishments.
Take a complete audit of the paper documents you have. Once you start to assess the documents you have, you'll be surprised at how many of these can be discarded. Sort your documents into categories. Name your files consistently. Pick your storage. Store the paper.
Do they have any value? A--Yes, but it depends on the stamp used and the postmark. Do not remove the stamps from the letters since collectors want the entire envelope as part of postal history. Take the letters to a stamp course or stamp store to get some idea of value.
