I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Needed a pdf editor, so found this one quickly on google. Expected to edit one document and then cancel my subscription. Edited many more. Wish I had this for the last two years I've been in school. Great Product! Will recommend.

Works fast and easy Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

What do you like best? The link to fill option and the ability to manipulate pdfs. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. I plan to purchase again next year. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker document processing with the link to fill feature allowing to obtain digital signatures.
