Click Home tab Modify panel Scale. Find. Select the object to scale. Select the base point. Enter r (Reference). Select the first and second reference points, or enter a value for the reference length.
Click on the “Layout" tab at the top of the Excel window, then click the drop-down arrow on the left side of the ribbon and choose “Horizontal (Category) Axis" from the list of options. Click the “Format Selection" button next to the drop-down arrow to continue. The Format Axis window appears.
Right-click the CAD drawing, point to CAD Drawing Object, and then click Properties. Click the General tab, and then select a scale setting using one of the following methods: Verify the size of the CAD drawing on the Vision drawing page by looking at the preview image. To accept your changes, click OK.
Select File> Print> Drawing Sheet Setup from the menu to display the Drawing Sheet Setup dialog. Under the Drawing Scale option, type in the scale at which you want to print.
Select the layout viewport that you want to modify. Right-click, and then choose Properties. If necessary, click Display Locked and choose No. In the Properties palette, select Standard Scale, and then select a new scale from the list. The scale you choose is applied to the viewport.

Select Window > Scaled Drawing. In the Scaled Drawing panel that appears, click Make Scaled Drawing. Choose a scale. (Optional) From the Length drop-down list, choose Decimal, Architectural, Engineering, or Fractional.

Click the frame of the main viewport once to select it. Drag the blue squares to resize the viewport. Click again to set the new size. To move an adjacent arrows after you resize the viewport, click the arrow once to select it.
