What should I use to write on the back of photos?
If you can, use a soft lead pencil to write information including who's in a photo, the date it was taken, the occasion, and where it was take non the back of a photograph (where the information will never become separated from the image). Soft lead is important because hard lead pencils will leave an indentation.

How can I add keywords to my photos?

Select photo(-s) that you want to add keywords.
Click button 'Edit EXIF/IPTC' to open Properties dialog, or twice click on the selected photo on the center pane, or go to menu 'Edit EXIF/IPTC -> Edit EXIF/IPTC'.
Open tab 'Keywords'.

Download ES File Explorer from Google Play, then open the app.
Go to the folder where you want to rename your files, then tap the files you want to rename.
Tap the 'rename' option at the bottom of the screen.
