Love the ease of use. I would highly recommednd this product to any business person. Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance. Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. The application itself is amazing.. The application itself is amazing... everything works great... awesome features... easy to use... convenient... BUT... as with all of these services... they threaten you with a ridiculous amount ($96 for the basic annual subscription) if you forget to cancel your membership... and if I pay $96 I want lifetime access to something... or I'm not doing it, period. That's insane. It costs them next to nothing to maintain this website... it's just advertising. Oh, and they come up as a free online editor but then you gotta sign up for the trial and everything else... the hassle never ends. If this place let everyone use it for free they could make a killing on all the advertising they could sell... and everyone would get a free editor... anyway, I digress... enjoy the app!

Honesty and integrity are not something… Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago. I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep. I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents. The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.
