I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Fast Service Delivery and Support
The service and support offered by PDFFiller are outstanding. I was having a problem billing for the subscription. They responded to me timely and resolved my problem. I also used PDFFiller, and it proved handy in managing and organizing various documents.

I signed up for a free trial on pdf filler and I really liked the service, but I stopped after a week and completely forgot about it. ***** on the live chat was so kind and was able to help me refund the charges. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Can you electronically sign a PDF document?
Steps to sign a PDF. Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can choose Tools > Fill & Sign or choose Fill & Sign from the right pane.
Why can I not electronically sign a PDF?
Signing a form in Reader requires special right have to be assigned to the PDF by the creator of the form and for signatures, this requires the use of a special server. Maybe they expect you to print out the form, sign it with pen and ink, and then either fax it or scan it into another PDF and email the signed form.
