I expressed concern over miscommunication on the pricing and PDFfiller support took care of the issue immediately. I appreciate it greatly and believe their customer support is one of the best!

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You can double-click on a text layer in a Symbol instance on the Canvas and type in new content, or type into the override field in the Inspector. Deleting anything in that field will change it back to the text in the Symbol master. You can also use the Data icon above the field to populate the override.
To edit a text Override in a Symbol instance on the Canvas, double-click on the text layer, then type or paste your new content. To edit a text Override in the Inspector, look for the text layer's original contents in gray in the override field. Type into this and hit enter to apply your override.
To edit a text Override in a Symbol instance on the Canvas, double-click on the text layer, then type or paste your new content. To edit a text Override in the Inspector, look for the text layer's original contents in gray in the override field. Type into this and hit enter to apply your override.
To edit a Symbol's contents, you can double-click on an instance, and it will take you straight to the master no matter its page or location in your document. If you've placed your master on the Symbols page, you can navigate to it manually via the page picker in the Layer List and edit its contents inside the Dartboard.
To create a Symbol, select a group, Dartboard, or a selection of layers and click the Create Symbol item in the toolbar, or choose Layer Create Symbol in the menu. A dialog will appear allowing you to name your Symbol, and give you the option to send the Symbol's master to a different page.
You can change the contents of text Overrides in a couple of ways. You can double-click on a text layer in a Symbol instance on the Canvas and type in new content, or type into the override field in the Inspector. Deleting anything in that field will change it back to the text in the Symbol master.
Layer Styles. Layer Styles allow you to save a set of stylistic elements, that can be reused across any of the layers in the document you're working in, or any other document with Libraries.
To change a color this way, choose Edit Find and Replace Color from the menu (or press Option-Command-F). Click the Find button to select one of the colors you're using in your design, then choose your new color from the color picker after clicking Replace.
Once you've downloaded the plugin, go to the library document and then to the menu: Plugins > Shared Text Styles > Export Save this file in the same folder as your library document.
Go to Sketch > Preferences > Libraries and click Add Library. Then point to the file we need (our color file in this case) and watch as it becomes available in the list of libraries. Now, we can access our color symbols from the Symbols' menu where we see other libraries listed too.
