Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.
