User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

PDFfiller makes it easy to sign and save documents. Options to change sizes of texts and saves documents right online at PDFfiller site in case it get's deleted from desktop.

This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.
