PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.

pdfFiller is an very valuable software for work at home or outside. They have an excellent customer service which helped me instantly. We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
