So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. PDF Filler has saved me a lot of time and money. I deal with contract and paperwork on a daily basis. Before I got PDF Filler I had to run to my office print ,fill in blanks ,scan and emailback. Now i just upload to PDF Filler and type the changes i need for my paperwork .Thanks Angie

It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

It's been very convenient and comfortable because I have been a longtime user.

Saving the same documents can become cumbersome.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.
I am very satisfied with the outcome & would recommend pdfFiller to everyone as their customer support is top notch.

PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.
