It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. The free tools and conversion into a PDF doc is awesome! The basics is all I need. The only struggle I had was having to figure out how to remove the verified by pdffiller signature date stamp

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.
What do you dislike?
The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm a CPA and I can easily type important forms for federal and state governments to keep them professional and easy to read.
