I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. The system works very well. While trying ot the product I had no issues at all. it is a very good product, just that after using it, my agency did not accept the forms.

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

How do you name and date a paper?
MLA uses instead is the first four lines of the paper. With only one on each line (and double-spacing between them), you will provide your name, your instructor's name, the course number, and the date in that order. Immediately beneath that is the title of the paper, centered, without bolding or italics.
