Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

I love that all of my documents are readily accessible in one location. I can create templates and all of my documents look professional. I am very satisfied.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints. I am pleased with PDFfiller. Our office is more efficent because of it. We would recommend the product to other businesss considering it.

PDF filler is a very useful tool. PDF filler has reduced the amount of time it takes our company to draft a residental lease. This allows additional time that can be spent on other tasks, making our office more efficent.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete productivity using PDFfiller. I am able to draft leases in less time making the wait for our clients shorter. I am able to access my documents wherever I am. We spend less time drafting leases and other documents allowing more time to be spent on other tasks.

Better and more powerful document management and editing on the web
Editing my PDFs without difficulty
This PDFfiller tool for online use is very useful since most PDF editors are paid and not all people can pay for such software. It also allows you to upload the documents you have in your Google Drive account, Dropbox and other tools
I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

Only used a few times
Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason.
