Print Titles. You can specify rows and columns in Excel that will be printed on each printed page. This can make your printed copy easier to read. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Titles.
Print Titles is a feature in Microsoft Excel that enables its users to print a row or a column heading on each page of a report. This makes your printed copy easier to read and spot vital details mentioned therein. That said, Print Titles is not the same as the header of a report.
On the worksheet that you want to print, in the Page Layout tab, click Print Titles, in the Page Setup group). On the Sheet tab, under Print titles, do one or both of the following:
Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the “Page Setup” group, click [Print Titles]. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the “Rows to repeat at top” field, click the spreadsheet icon. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
