Search Text in PDF
pdfFiller helps you quickly spot the word or phrase you’re looking for in a document regardless of how often it appears or the length of the document. Use the Search tool to find a word or a phrase in the currently open document. To activate the Search tool, click the magnifier icon in the main toolbar or press CTRL+F on your keyboard.
Type the text you want to find in the search field. The counter will show you the number of the current search term and the total number of search terms found in the document. The current search term is highlighted in green, the others are highlighted in red. To jump to the next instance of the search term, click Next; to return to the previous instance, click Previous.

I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

How do I search multiple PDF files in a folder?
Press Shift+Ctrl+F to open the Search panel. Select the PDF Documents in option. Click the dropdown list arrow to show all drives. This is not an expandable list, so to specify a particular folder, select Browse for Location, navigate to and select the folder you want to search, then click OK.
How do I search multiple files in a folder?
Open Windows explorer, hit function key F3, or CTRL+f. This will search for any file with those extensions. Be sure to use an UPPERCASE “OR”.
How do I search a PDF without opening it?
You can easily integrate Breakfast into your Windows Explorer options, and when you go to a particular folder or directory you want to search, you just need to click on the right button and Breakfast will appear in the menu. So no more opening and closing each PDF file by file to find the one you are looking for.
