Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. What is a secured PDF document?
It means the file is protected in some way, there are restrictions on what you can do with it. “If you receive a PDF that is protected by security features, you may need a password to open the document. If a document has restricted features, any tools and menu items related to those features are dimmed.”
How do I access a secured PDF file?
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page.
Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it.
Click Open.
Enter the user password.
Click UNLOCK.
Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
