Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand.
Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles
As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.

About the only things that I dislike is the cost.
