For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help. I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.

Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

A contact lens must match the size and shape of your eye. Therefore, a prescription for contact lenses contains information like base curve and diameter, as well as brand. Also, glasses rest about 12 millimeters from your eyes, while contacts sit directly on the eye.
The maximum power for disposable contact lenses are usually manufactured up to -12.00. Some standard contact lenses can go up to 14.
A: Actually, almost all nearsighted people can wear contact lenses, no matter how high their prescription. In fact, there are contact lens laboratories that make custom lenses up to -30.00 rioters! No, they will not ruin your eyes.
Addition (ADD): If you suffer from presbyopia it affects your near vision, the Addition figure determines what level of correction you need to be able to see clearly at a close distance. This is a number between 0.50 and 3.00, some contact lens brands refer to this as a high, medium or low.
Power, PWR, Sphere or SPH: Usually listed first after OD, OS, or OF, this number indicates the strength of correction needed for that particular eye. A (+) before the number indicates hyperopia, or farsightedness and a (-) indicates myopia, or nearsightedness.
What does Power on a contact lens prescription mean? The power of your lens in measured in disputes and this indicates the level of correction your lens must provide to correct and sharpen your vision. The correct power should normally give you 20/20 vision.
Only your eye doctor can determine if you're a good candidate for contact lens wear and will prescribe the most appropriate lens design, size, shape and power to fit your eyes. Contact lenses are a medical device and require a prescription from your eye doctor to purchase.
Eye exam & fitting Once you have established that your doctor will prescribe a well-known brand, you will need an eye exam and a contact lens fitting.
