I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.

How do I change the currency format?
Click Start | Control Panel. Click Clock, Language and Region. Click Change the date time or number format. On the Format page of the Region and Language dialog, click the [Additional Settings] button. Click on the Currency page and amend the Currency format according to your needs. See tip below.
