Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

the erase feature should be slightly…
the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

Good, but would be better if the cursor would line up exactly on each line with the line above. It's frustrating to have to manually line it up every time.

How can I save an email as a PDF?
Open the email you want to save, and click the icon resembling a printer in the upper right corner of the opened message as though you were actually attempting to print the message. Check the Destination where you will be sending the message. Select Save as PDF as your new destination, and you're all set.
How do I batch download Gmail emails?
Open the Download your data page for your Gmail account. Make sure Mail is enabled. Select All mail. Now choose Select labels. Make sure the label or labels you want to download are checked under Select labels. Click OK. Now click NEXT and continue with customizing the download.
How do I save Gmail emails to my hard drive?
Sign in to your Google account. Scroll down the menu and click on Download your data. Click the Deselect all. Click on All Mail data included. In the pop-up window, click Send download link via email from the drop-down menu. Now click Create Archive.
How do I save emails from Gmail to my computer?
Click Compose. At the bottom, click Attach files. Select the file and click Open. Click Send.
How do I save my Gmail emails to an external hard drive?
Login to Google Account. Now, select all the data items (as users needed) Then, Create Archive button to start the downloading process. After downloading press Save button to stored Gmail emails to external hard drive or to transfer Gmail to SD card.
