Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

How do I check my fax machine history?
Log in to your Fax Through Email account. Click History, or under Account Overview, see your five most recent faxes. (Optional) To narrow the fax history list from the Show: drop-down list, you can select the criteria you want to view: all, sent, received, or blocked.
How do I check my fax?
Send a one-page black and white text fax to 1-888-hpfaxme (1-888-473-2963). When your fax is received by the HP Test Fax Service, we will generate a return fax to you within five minutes confirming that we received your fax. This verifies that you can both send and receive a fax with your fax machine.

Today, fax machines are part of a line of equipment that serve multiple functions: they scan, copy, and are able to transmit faxes digitally, meaning that data is often stored on the device itself. Modern fax machines have hard drives that retain a copy of every fax received, scanned, or printed.
How do I test my Canon fax machine?
Send a test fax to 1-855-FX-CANON (1-855-392-2666). 3. Once our service receives your fax, a test page will be sent back to the fax number programmed into your machine. This process generally takes 2 to 3 minutes.

For example, you might need to reprint your faxes if you lost the copy of your last printout. Touch Settings, touch Fax Tools, and then select Reprint Faxes in Memory.
