I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. mostly quite a good thing. I would like to know how to move text after you've placed it on the page, though. That needs to be more intuitive if it's possible.

I mainly use PDFFiller to fill out and sign forms. The auto-alignment tool for text blocks is very useful. I found the PDF to Word conversion procedure very powerful.

Customer Service Online messaging rep..
I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

Disappointed. I thought I had until the end of today to cancel the trial but got charged over $100 for using the service just to get matching employer funds for a donation.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Very kind and helpful customer service.

Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.
