The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.

Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.

The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.

I'm a CPA and I can easily type important forms for federal and state governments to keep them professional and easy to read.

Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.

I love the product and help via chat has been great...
I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Is my name on the house deed?
Names on Property Deeds If you're a co-borrower on a mortgage loan the lender will usually, but not always, require that your name is included on the deed. If you're simply co-signing for a mortgage loan, you normally won't be listed on the deed.
Is my name on the deed?
Generally, your name is on the deed to the home, then you own an interest in it. The bank cannot foreclose since you did not transfer your interest to the bank. Most mortgage companies will not grant a mortgage to only one spouse if the deed is already in both names.
How do I get my name on the deed?
Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
Can I be evicted if my name is on the deed?
If you are on the deed, you are an owner of the house. An owner cannot be evicted or removed from the house, even by another owner. Your right to use, occupy, live in, etc.
What happens if your name is on the deed but not the mortgage?
A: The answer is yes, unless the other person has a will naming other heirs. If the person on the mortgage tries to sell the property, he/she cannot do it without you. Since your name is on the deed, you would have to agree unless you're willing to give the other person a quit claim deed, giving them full ownership.

It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. If a mortgage exists, it's best to work with the lender to make sure everyone on the title is protected.

Deed is Evidence of Title It means an ownership interest. Note that you can sell an interest in the property and still have title if you don't sell your entire interest. If you have a deed to a house, it means that a transfer of interest in the property occurred on a particular date.
