This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. What do you like best?
I enjoy the ability to create fillable forms along with the e-signature. PDF filler allows me to make forms for use around the office that were once blank copies to fill in by hand where many mistakes were made. Having the ability to make forms has reduced the amount of mistakes to almost none. This program saves time, ensures more accuracy to your documents, keeps files stored neatly and are easy to access in the future. This is a must when preparing any proposals. Have tried other PDF edit programs and they are clunky and not easy to use. The other programs are hard to find your documents after creation.
What do you dislike?
There are a couple of uses that are not at my price level that would be nice to pay just if you need that function for a one time use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDF filler is so much easier to use rather than free trial software. The application allows you to make quick edits of all document types and is a real time saver when it comes to preparing proposals and gathering signatures. If you require mass editing multiple file formats and want to save time this program is a must. This program is used exclusively when compiling proposals. The ease of edits and write over capability saves time by not needing to re-type documents, instead write right to the document. The cost of PDF filler is really affordable for all you get when it comes to processing pdf's.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I receive many forms to fill out by hand and instead use PDF Filler. This saves a lot of time and ensures less errors on when sending forms back to the sender. The receiver doesn't have to hope handwritten documents can be read. PDF Filler has reduced the amount of printed documents.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

Go to Invoices > Overview and click into the invoice for which you'd like to record a payment. Click the Record Payment button. Record the date on which you were paid and the amount. Note: You don't have to enter the full amount due. Click Save.
Accounts payable entry. When recording an account payable, debit the asset or expense account to which a purchase relates and credit the accounts payable account. When an account payable is paid, debit accounts payable and credit cash.
Recording the Payment When you send the payment, debit the full invoice amount to your accounts payable account in your records. This reduces the accounts payable balance by the amount you owed. Credit the actual amount you paid to the cash account. A credit reduces the cash account, which is an asset account.
Accounts payable are funds you owe others they sent you an invoice that is still payable by you. Accounts payable are usually due within 30 days, and are recorded as a short-term liability on your company's balance sheet.
Include the general ledger account number and title (specific to your company), debit office supplies expense for $100 and credit cash for $100. A brief description may be purchased office supplies. Enter the journal entry into the general ledger. If you use a paper ledger, hand write the entry into the ledger.
payment history. A record of monthly payment status on individual's credit report listed since the time the accounts were established. A payment history is an indication for lenders and creditors whether an individual is a lending risk due to a history of late or missed payments.
A payment record provides information about a payment transaction your organization receives from a constituent. Each record displays the amount, date, receipt amount (if applicable), and batch number (if applicable) of the payment transaction.
Your payment history, also known as payment performance, is the record you've established by either paying or not paying your bills on time and it's the most important factor among major credit scores, accounting for about 35% of most models.
