Very happy. Makes my documents look so much nicer and since I have neuropathy in my hands, it decreases my pain on a regular basis (way easier to type than hold a pen or pencil). Thanks SO much.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you do not meet these prerequisite levels, you must complete the courses required to reach the prerequisite levels before you will be permitted to register for general education courses.
It is always advisable to complete the prerequisites, as they provide the foundation needed to succeed in your courses. However, under some circumstances, you can ask the instructor for permission to take the course without the prerequisite.
Prerequisite and course itself in the same semester. Generally, only co-requisites can be taken at the same time. However, an exception/special consideration can be made.
If you get an “F,” or fail a course that is required for your field of study, you will have to repeat the course. Some courses require a prerequisite, and if the failed course was the prerequisite, you must repeat it before you can take the next course.
While it is permissible to retake a passed course, such courses will count as extra (EXT). If you failed a course then you can retake it for credit. The failed grade will not be removed or averaged. Rather both the failed grade and the new grade are calculated into the GPA and included on your academic transcript.
If you are able to get into a class through the Access system, then you're good to go for the class even if you don't have the prerequisite). So in the end, it's your choice. You can stay in the class and see if you can do well or just drop the class.
The procedure at many colleges, if you want to skip a prerequisite, is to get the instructor of the actual course you want to take to sign a waiver. You may have to see your advisor, first. I actually do this a good deal each semester. Some students may want to take a prerequisite concurrently with my course.
A prerequisite is a course/condition that must be completed in order to enroll in another specified course. A corequisite is a course that must be taken at the same time as a specified course. If you have not met a prerequisite, you may not be permitted to enroll in the course.
