It does make my life quite a bit easier to edit PDF's. However, if there was an actual way of actually being able to edit the words already typed previous (rather than erasing lots and retyping and aligning) that would save me a lot more time! Am I missing it some where on here? Is there a way to just edit previously typed PDF's?

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is a good cloud-based solution for signing and editing pdf documents without the need for a complete pdf editing suite. Uploading files is very simple. We just select Upload to go to the folder and then we can choose which documents to upload.
What do you dislike?
The speed of returning to the dashboard can be a bit slow sometimes. There is no autosave, so every time you log in on another session, you will exit from the first session and lose your unsaved work.

I have recommended this service to co-workers and others in my field. These people work with many forms and applications and they can solve many problems related to online documents with PDFfiller.

We can easily add the fields we need to any document. In just a few steps, we can send the document to the recipient to collect information or sign. It is especially useful when I leave my desk and need to sign a document on my phone.

pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Is it legal for an employer to hold a paycheck?
You have the right to be paid promptly The employer may not withhold any payment, and employees can't be forced to kick back any portion of their wages. In most cases, employers are expected to pay employees for any overtime due to them on the same day that they receive their regular paycheck.
Is it legal to hold a paycheck?
While you do not have to hand them a paycheck on their last day of work, you may not withhold their paycheck until they have returned company property. In fact, if you do fail to pay your terminated employee on time, they may sue you in civil court and be entitled to double damages.
Is holding a paycheck illegal?
Employees are covered under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act from unlawful withholding of paychecks. If an employer is unlawfully withholding pay, it could face fines up to $10,000, criminal sanctions or imprisonment. Willful or repeat violators of wage laws face additional fines up to $1,100 per violation.
How long can an employer hold your check?
If employee is fired: within 72 hours. If employee is laid off, employer may wait until the next payday. If employee quits: next scheduled payday, or within 72 hours if employee gives one pay period's notice.
Can I hold an employee's last check?
You must provide the employee's final paycheck. You cannot withhold unpaid wages that are due to the employee, even if you fired them. Although last paycheck laws vary by state, giving a terminated employee their final paycheck on their last day can simplify your employer responsibilities.
Who can legally pick up my paycheck?
An employer does not have to allow anyone other than the employee to pick up his paycheck. Some employers allow individuals other than the employee to pick up the check by showing valid identification and signing a form. The employer could face a legal claim if the paycheck ends up in an unauthorized person's hands.
Is it legal to hold an employee last paycheck?
An employer cannot withhold a terminated employee's paycheck until equipment is returned. However, there are some states, like California, that even with written authorization from an employee have additional restrictions that the employer must follow.
How long can a former employer hold your last check?
Last check must be given within 72 hours. However, if employee is laid off, the employer may wait until the next scheduled payday. Last check must be given on the next scheduled payday or within 72 hours (if the employee gave at least one pay period's notice).
