If you are an insurance biller....this is the software you need!
The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

Handy programme for the home office
I'm still getting used to all the available functions, but so far am enjoying being able to combine various documents, and edit and sign .pdfs

Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.

Can you remove tentative as an option in Outlook?
Change Outlook options for Tentative Appointments In Options > Calendar, turn off default reminders. Turn off the sniffer at File > Options > Mail > Tracking section (Outlook 2010/2013) or Tools > Options > Email options > Tracking, do not select the option to process requests and responses on arrival.
