The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

The PDF filler worked beautifully and Loved it.
The PDF filler worked beautifully and I like it. It was exceptional. But rather costly I could not afford it at this time. But I had no problems achieving what I did with documents I wanted to change.

The product works
I was able to fill forms and use powerful tools. They are not Adobe though and they charge nearly as much.
The web sight interface was easy to use.
They charge WANton much especially if you want the option to use it for only a short period of time.

I was able to use it to auto fill my PDF forms using Zapier and the PDF's automatically save to my Google Drive
Some of the functionality is kinda vague as to what it actually does.

This is my first experience with an Online system. After overcoming initial issues. I now am very pleased, except you 15 limit on merge. Plus some limitations on writing MS Publisher files.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Who holds title on lease?
You normally don't get a copy of the title, as that goes to the leasing company. Rarely, you may receive a title copy to register the vehicle with your state's department of motor vehicles. If you purchase the vehicle outright after the lease contract, you receive the official title at that point.
Do both owners need to sign title?
The seller should sign the title on the line that says Seller's signature. Again, if two people are selling the vehicle, both of their signatures need to fit on this line. Immediately next to this line is a place where the buyer(s) can sign their name(s).
How do you sign a title with two owners?
If there are 2 owners listed on the front of a title, the majority of the time, both people will need to sign as the seller. If there is an 'or' in between the names, typically only 1 signature is required. Check your state title instructions from the links below for your specific state.
Do both owners have to sign title to sell car in Texas?
If AND/OR is present between the names, both owners must sign the title. If AND is present between the names, both owners must sign the title. If there is nothing present between the names, both owners must sign the title. Please take note to adhere to the below instructions so as not to void your Texas title.
Do both owners have to be present to register a car?
There can be two or more registrants. Both the primary registrant and the co-registrant must sign Vehicle Registration/Title Application (PDF) (MV-82) and provide their proofs of identity and date of birth. If you register a vehicle for a partnership, you must provide proof of a legal partnership.
Who owns the car if two names are on the title?
The title reflects ownership of the vehicle, and multiple parties may also be listed here. The names on the two documents do not necessarily match. If two people are on a car loan, the car still belongs to the person who is named on the title. A joint car loan does not mean joint ownership.

All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. Almost all states use the and/or rules when it comes to co-owners on car titles. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car.
