I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

I would've liked a place to find all the PDFfiller features. It was really difficult to make it until I found the think where it places textboxes for me. Overall good experience especially for something I didn't have to pay for!!

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

How can I get my w2 form online?
You can e-file W-2 forms online at the SSA's Business Services Online (BSO) website. It is free and secure. The SSA very much prefers that you use this option rather than submit paper records. The BSO offers two options.

How do I make a wage statement?
You can get a wage and income transcript, containing the Federal tax information your employer reported to the Social Security Administration (SSA), by visiting our Get Transcript page. You can also use Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return.
Where can I get a wage statement?
You can get an IRS wage and income transcript online at www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript. When you get wage and income transcript access, it will show you all the informational returns the IRS has received for your tax ID, like: W-2. Form 1099-INT.
What is a wage and earnings statement?
A wage and earnings statement should not be confused with a W-2 form. The former is a breakdown of your wages or earnings for the pay period, and the latter is your annual wage and tax statement. Review the wage statement to ensure it includes state-mandated data.
