Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

How ZIP codes are determined?
As of 1963, zip codes' numbers are determined by a few factors: the area, the regional postal facility and the local zone. The first number of the five-digit code signifies the region which the address is located in, a number that grows from the east coast to the west.
Are ZIP codes mandatory?
On July 1, 1963, the USPS introduced the ZIP code (Zone Improvement Plan) system. In 1967, ZIP codes became mandatory on all mail. The fourth and fifth digits represent more specific areas, like post offices and postal delivery zones within a city or town.
Is a zip code required?
The Zip Code System is No Longer Strictly Necessary. The ZIP code system was first introduced because the Postal Service was beginning to be overwhelmed with the volume of mail they needed to process in a timely manner, most of which originally were processed by hand.
Are ZIP codes meaningless?
The US Postal Service has been tight-lipped about what new software they are using that renders ZIP codes meaningless. Gulfport, According to a nine-year employee of the United States Post Office, ZIP codes are completely useless now, and no current employee at the Post Office even remembers why they were created.
Is 00000 a valid ZIP code?
If you run into a validation error for a country that does not use zip codes, you can try to force the address through by entering “00000” as a replacement postal code. Using this false postal code should not cause issues, as it does not exist.
How often are ZIP codes added?
The +4 on a ZIP code can be changed as frequently as once a month, based on things like how many postal employees are working, who is working what route, etc. A ZIP code is a postal code used by the United States Postal Service (USPS) in a system it introduced in 1963.
Do zip codes often change?
Because they are based on delivery routes instead of more permanent boundaries, the last 4 digits of a complete ZIP Code can change often. Five-digit ZIP Codes also change, but they do so infrequently. It's a lot less likely that you will be living in a ZIP Code when it changes.
Are new zip codes created?
The most common form of request to the Postal Service (and to Members of Congress) is for a new ZIP Code for a specific area. Most customers do not realize that a new, unique ZIP Code usually accompanies the creation of a new delivery post office.
