Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

I used to the old pdfiller where I can delete pages that I do not need. Maybe, It is also available here and I just need to take time to learn of how to delete pages that I do not need and able to edit even after completing and saved the doc.

Needs a larger variety of fonts. The color chart also needs to have more choices.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

Satisfied but no longer need service
I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

Do you have to send Juul back for warranty?
You must return your approved-for-warranty JUUL Device or Portable Charging Case to JUUL Labs to obtain service on your warranty claim. JUUL Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you.
How does Juul warranty work?
The JUUL warranty period lasts one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser and is covered by Electric Tobacconist, LLC.

How do I exchange my Juul?
Refunds are available for new and unused devices within 14 days of delivery from JUUL.com. If you need to return an order purchased on our site, please contact our JUUL Care Team with your order number. Products purchased through an authorized JUUL retailer can only be refunded at the original place of purchase.
Where is the Juul warranty code?
The JUUL Serial Number is a unique combination of eight characters (letters and numbers) engraved on the back of your device, below the JUUL logo. JUUL serial numbers only use the number 0 (zero) and 1 (one) and not the letter O (as in Oscar) or I (as in India).
How many times can you claim Juul warranty?

JUUL Labs will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device. We additionally reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we believe that such a warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the restrictive properties of this site.
