It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

What do you like best about the product?
pdfFiller by airSlate saves me so much time when dealing with documents . You can easily share documents and ask for signatures via messages or even share them via QR code
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit tedious when it comes to editing the document. you would have to edit it in a word format and then proceed again with converting it to PDF format. It's a little bit too many clicks for my liking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use is the major factor in using PdfFiller. It has help me communicate with the people I dealt with and send documents for their review and signature

This app is great
This app is great. I wish there were more affordable options. I have used it a lot recently but this will not be normal. But it would be convenient to use sporadically at a lesser cost.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason. Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
