Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! Very happy been searching for an easy to use PD filler for a long time - bit expensive in comparison - but it better in comparison also.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.

How do I send documents to USCIS?
Mail Your Application, Petition, or Request Mail your forms to the address listed on that form's webpage. You may submit your forms through USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. If you mail your applications, petitions, or requests to the wrong filing location, we may reject it as improperly filed and return it to you to re-file.
Can I send priority mail to USCIS?
