Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

This number corresponds to a footnote or end note citation, where you include information such as the author, title of work, date, etc.
