The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. great, easy to use, saves us a fortune on an extra phone line for a fax. Great customer service, I always use live chat and get answers and resolution within a few minutes. I have only had to use support 3 times in a year because the program is so user friendly.

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.
