I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

Can you send contracts through square?
Once you've prepared the template to fit the transaction, you can attach it to the invoice and send it to your customer. We've added a feature to Square Invoices that allows you to attach files, whether that's contracts, before/after images, bills of sale, or purchase orders (just make sure they're PDFs or JPGs).
Does Square have contracts?
We don't offer any sort of contract templates or software ourselves, but definitely see how that would pair nicely with Invoices. It's not something we're currently developing, so for now you'll need to manage your contracts outside of Square.
How do I write an official agreement?
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
Is Square a good company?
That is why Square is good for companies that are new or don't process that many card payments on a monthly basis. Square also offers competitive pricing when it comes to online credit card. Though Square doesn't have many overhead costs, it still comes with additional solutions that can help manage your card sales.

How do I pay someone using Square?
You can use phone numbers, email addresses, or hashtags (branded usernames specific to Square Cash). To use Square Cash with email, simply create an email to the person or business that you want to send money to. Funds come from your checking account via your debit card, and payment goes to the recipient's debit card.
