It's excellent! Saw Vadim talk when @ TS Boston and switched over from docusign. Personally think that everything about pdffiller is better and would never go back. Highly recommend pdffiller to all of my friends.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Explain precisely what your request is. Mention the reason for the request. Use polite language and a professional tone. Demonstrate respect and gratitude to the reader. The content of the letter should be official. You may provide contact information where you can be reached.
Keep it simple. If appropriate, provide the recipient with pertinent information to help them remember who you are. Briefly explain what it is you want the reader to do. Give the reader all the information they need to comply with your request.
Use a formal salutation for your request letter, such as Dear Ms. or Dear Mr. Use the recipient's last name but not first name, as this overly friendly salutation belies the formal nature of your request. Open your letter with a direct and concise statement that summarizes your purpose for writing.
Addresses: Write down the necessary addresses. Salutation: Here you offer some form of respectful greeting. Title: It should be centered, brief and informative. Body: This should be a maximum of 4 paragraphs. Sign out: Here you mention your name and offer your signature for authentication.
If you need a favor from a person, don't apologize. Make the person feel honored in your letter. Make it clear to the reader why you are asking for a favor. If you are asking too much from the reader, be persuasive in making the request reasonable. Compliment the person but avoid flattery.
Go to File > New > New Document. Go to Mailings > Select Recipients > Create a New List. In the Edit List Fields, you'll see a set of automatic fields that Word supplies. Use the Up and Down buttons to reposition fields. Select Create. In the Save dialog, give the list a name and save it.
