I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

What do I do if I lost my permit?
If your current driving license or learner permit is lost, stolen, damaged or defaced, you should apply to your local Motor Taxation Office for a replacement. The replacement license or permit is a duplicate or exact copy of your original driving license or learner permit.
Can the DMV reprint my permit?
You can replace your license or permit (including commercial and enhanced) if it was lost, stolen or destroyed, or after you update your address. You can't replace your document if it is expired.
