I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.

This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I have not used it for converting pdf to word so do not know how accurate it is.

How do I order my college diploma?
