I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

It's a bit clunky at the moment, the interface could use more contrast

This is an amazing website and it has been extremely helpful for me. it makes it really easy to send in important paperwork at the last minute as I do oh so often.

I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me
I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.
Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

easy to use but i don't use so much
its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much

How do I get a motor carrier permit?
A CA# issued by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). A completed Application for Motor Carrier Permit — MC 706 M. Proof of financial responsibility (MCP 65 M). Proof of Workers' Compensation insurance or signed exemption.
Who is required to have a motor carrier permit?
Who needs a permit? Regardless of vehicle size or weight (For-hire carrier). (OVER) of 10,001 pounds or more and which is used in the course of business to transport their own property (Private carrier).
Who is required to have a motor carrier permit in California?
Persons who transport property for compensation are deemed a 'For-Hire' motor carrier. Generally, any person or business entity operating a commercial vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (OVER) of 10,001 pounds or more, either for business or personal use.
How long does it take to get a motor carrier permit?
A: If you applied for your authority today, you could have your authority in 20 days providing your insurance and process agents are on file at the FMCSA. However, motor carriers will need to have their Single State Registration before they can start trucking and this could take up to a couple of weeks to get.
Do I need a CA number for my truck?
CA number decals, California Truck registration license number lettering. California requires that all commercial motor vehicles with a AVW of over 10,000 pounds obtain a California Motor Vehicle Permit and display the number (known as a CA number) in permanent lettering on the vehicle.
How do I check motor carrier permit?
Please go to FMCSA's Licensing and Insurance system and select Carrier search from the pull-down menu. If you do not have access to the internet, please call our toll-free number: 800-832-5660. Select the option for “Insurance” and then the licensing and insurance status information option.
