Send Photo Format: full-featured PDF editor

The PDF is a standard file format used in business, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on any device, and they'll be readable the same way. PDFs will always appear the same, whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data security is one of the key reasons professionals in business choose PDF files to share and store data. Besides password protection, some platforms offer opening history to track down those who read or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files using just one browser window. It is integrated with major CRM programs, so users can edit and sign documents from Google Docs or Office 365. Once you finish changing a document, you can mail it to recipients to fill out and get a notification when they're done.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a form’s page order. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Ask other people to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To edit the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

The best tool for automated form fills Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation. User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.
