Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

Right-click on the tab of the worksheet you want to email. If you want to send more than one worksheet, hold down the Ctrl key & click each one. The worksheet/s will now be opened in a separate workbook with a default name, like Book1. In this workbook, click on File, Share, Email, select Send as Attachment.
Is it possible to share or send a single Excel tab or worksheet from an entire spreadsheet? Sharing a single worksheet or tab isn't possible. Excel's sharing features work on the workbook or entire document level. But it is possible to send out or share a single worksheet/tab with a little workaround.
You can change this access and limit only to certain members that you allow. Open the required Google spreadsheet (we say primary sheet) and click on the Share button on the right top corner of the document. Now click on Advanced from the Share with others window.
Open a Microsoft Excel workbook. Click your destination sheet from the sheet tabs. Click an empty cell in your destination sheet. Type = in the cell. Click your source sheet from the sheet tabs. Check the formula bar. Click a cell in your source sheet. Click Enter on your keyboard.
As simple as it sounds, Google does not have a direct way to do this. The Importance function in Google Sheets allows you to create a dynamic copy of particular tabs in a spreadsheet that you can share without worrying about collaborators viewing information in the other tabs.
