9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level. Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You not need both parties to be physically present at the time of notarization, but you can only notarize for the person who is appearing before you. The other person can have their signature notarized at another time.
Three common cases exist as such: A vehicle title can be notarized by the owner, without having to identify a buyer. Both the buyer and seller sign the title or confirm in person at the notary that they did sign the title. Only the signature of the seller must be notarized.
Basically, when someone has a document notarized, the notary ensures that the person who signs the document is actually who they say they are. Some states require that car titles, often referred to as a certificate of title or a pink slip, be notarized before a transaction is made.
You are title jumping if you sell a vehicle without transferring the title into your name. Most states require you to transfer the title into your name within a specific time period. Sellers who do not transfer the title into their name before selling a vehicle technically are not the legal owner of the vehicle.
How Do I Sign My Title? Important: If you live in one of the states requiring title notarization you must wait to sign your title in front of a public Notary. You must have your driver's license or valid I.D. with you. The Notary will then witness your signature and notarize your title.
Do all parties have to be present at the same place and time for a document to be notarized? Usually not, but it is best to ask your selected notary regarding the proper procedures in your state.
In no jurisdiction would it be legal to notarize a document without the signing person present. It is impermissible to notarize the document after the person has signed. The entire point of having a notary is so that the notary can attest that the person who is alleged to have signed, actually did sign the document.
To get something notarized, you must sign it in the presence of a notary public. The notary must actually watch as you sign the document. So, DO NOT SIGN your document before meeting the notary public. The notary will either refuse your document or require that you sign it again in front of them.
