Program great, easy to use. Difficulty processing payment. Had to call/email support to get assistance. That was super frustration when I was ready to finish up.

etter than expected!
I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle, and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it!
I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler!
Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

So far everything seems to be working effectively. Only had one inconvenience and that was when I tried printing and I kept getting a black block on the signature panel.

I won't need this program enough to pay…
I won't need this program enough to pay the monthly fee. If fee was 3 dollars a month I would keep it. Thank you for giving the free trial.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

I had to do profit and loss statements for my boss but I did not know how to change the form itself as a template. I needed more time to get help but I was in a hurry.

Who is responsible for pulling permits?
The property owner or a contractor licensed by the State of California can obtain permits. Tenants may obtain a permit if they have the written permission of the property owner and the property owner signs the permit documents. It is always best if a licensed contractor obtains the permit.
Is the owner or contractor responsible for permits?
The property owner or a contractor licensed by the State of California can obtain permits. In other words, if the owner obtains the permit it is the owner's responsibility to make sure the work is being done in accordance with the approved plans and codes.
Who is responsible for pulling permit homeowner or contractor?
Permits are typically pulled by the person doing the work (general contractor or builder, heating company, plumbing contractor or electrical contractor), but can be pulled by the homeowner if he is doing the work (unless there is some specific municipality ordinance that states otherwise).
Are contractors required to pull permits?
If you hired a contractor for your project, it is customary for the contractor to arrange for or, in contractor lingo, pull the permit. This is a good idea because typically the person who pulls the permit is responsible for construction following code.
What if my contractor didn't pull a permit?
Continuing the project with permits For any permit pulled after the fact, you'll face a fine that will double what would have been your initial cost had the contractor pulled it before the work was done. If you don't pull the proper permits, the house likely won't pass inspection should you try to sell it.
Who pays for a building permit?
1 The Contractor shall obtain and pay for the building permit and other permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work.
What happens if contractor does not pull permit?
Continuing the project with permits For any permit pulled after the fact, you'll face a fine that will double what would have been your initial cost had the contractor pulled it before the work was done. If you don't pull the proper permits, the house likely won't pass inspection should you try to sell it.
Can you get in trouble for not pulling a permit?
It's commonplace for homeowners to forgo required permits and many contractors play along, or suggest it as a way to save money. But in the off chance that code enforcement authorities flag these violations, homeowners can face fines and penalties that far exceed the cost of the original permit.
