What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.

What is part of witnessing a signature?
A signature witnessing does not require the signer to verbally declare anything to the Notary. The Notary identifies the signer, the signer simply signs the document in front of the Notary, and the Notary then completes the certificate confirming when the signature was made.
What is the definition of a signature witnessing?
Signature witnessing means a notarial act in which an individual: (a) appears in person before a notary and presents a document. (b) provides the notary satisfactory evidence of the individual's identity, or is personally known to.
Can anybody be a witness to a signature?
Not all signatures to documents need to be witnessed. However, if you have a legal document such as a mortgage or a Will the chances are that you will want a witness to attest to your signature. Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement.
What is the purpose of witnessing a signature?
A witnesses' signature can be useful for evidentiary purposes. If a party to the agreement later says they did not sign, the person who witnessed the party signing can be called to confirm it. The witness can confirm that the specific person signed and that that was the signature they made.
What does it mean to get a signature notarized?
Notarized Documents. A notarized document is a document that has been certified by a notary public. The notary public is an official who verifies the identities of everybody signing the document, witnesses the signatures, and marks the document with a stamp (or seal).
Can you notarize a document without witnessing the signature?
In no jurisdiction would it be legal to notarize a document without the signing person present. It is impermissible to notarize the document after the person has signed. The entire point of having a notary is so that the notary can attest that the person who is alleged to have signed, actually did sign the document.
Is an Acknowledgement and witnessing a signature the same thing?
Like an acknowledgement, a signature witnessing requires the signer to physically appear before a Notary and be identified as required by state law. They key difference is that for a signature witnessing, the signer must always sign the document in the Notary's presence.
