Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. What do you like best? The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike? The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

Very convenient to fill out PDFs It's a wonderful application and offers convenience. It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer. Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.
