I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I really like the program however I do no like the fact that you have to pay extra to verify a signature. I believe this should be included in the basic pricing.

I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

simply the best online PDF document handling online. I have had zero problems with this program and will continue to use it over the other available options online.

For me Im tech savvy, so I can quickly find my way around for the features that I need myself, however for others they may find it tedious to find the feature, maybe I feel that way because I went through google suites, I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating, however most people must complained that it was not free, which is not really a big issue, no software is totally free, they need to make money, so they will surely make some features available as trail, if you need more stuff then pay, 100%, I don't agree with the negative reviews., that's why I stuck around for the software.
I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing.
Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features.
I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating.

I needed a straightforward way to file an extra tax form, and PDF Filler helped me out! Much easier than finding the form on the IRS website (somehow impossible?) and hoping for the best.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
