I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

My experience was good with pdfFiller. I just don't feel that I would use it enough to keep the extra expense! This was my response and I truly liked it a lot but I don't think that I would be using it enough to warrant the extra expense.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. User friendly The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.

What do you like best? I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents. What do you dislike? That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge Recommendations to others considering the product: In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
