This is the only app I can erase and…
This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

PDFfiller is the best, hands down
I've used just about every PDF filling service I can find and although PDFfiller is on the pricey side, I've found them to be the best because of their drawing features, beautifully organized website on both desktop and mobile, and super fast customer support. How much over an estimate can a contractor go?
Estimates, generally, must be professionally reasonable. A 10-20% overage might be reasonable, especially if the contractor discovered issues along the way that he couldn't have been aware of initially (for example, mold or flooding).
Do contractors charge to give an estimate?
Contractors will either offer a free estimate or charge $50 to $1,000, depending on the project. For example, if you need an inspection or design consultation service, expect to pay for those. If you pay for your estimate, many general contractors will put that fee toward your project if you hire them.
